This initial visit with a Medical Mavens professional will go over all intake, create a laboratory testing plan where appropriate, provide initial education and get you scheduled for a follow-up and review or enrolled into one of our membership packages.

This comprehensive one-time follow-up visit would be in place of a membership package. Your provider will do a thorough lab analysis in conjunction with your symptoms and create a customized treatment plan with education and appropriate supplementation and prescriptions where needed.

Simply click “Schedule Now” to pay and reserve your initial consultation. Once scheduled you will be asked to fill out a comprehensive clinical questionnaire that will assist us in preparing for your visit.
You will receive a reminder prior to your scheduled time confirming all necessary information has been received with detailed instructions for your virtual visit. At the time of your Initial Consult, a thorough overview will be conducted with orders made for any necessary testing, health education and your follow-up will be scheduled.
If applicable, you will have been provided laboratory testing and instructions at the time of your initial consultation. These will be time specific and will need to be conducted prior to your follow-up appointment. All necessary information will be provided.
At the time of this appointment, all applicable lab results will be reviewed and an initial treatment plan with education will be provided. Appropriate follow-up will be discussed whether on a consult basis. If on a membership plan, future appointments will already be scheduled. You will now be equipped to start your journey towards optimal health and hormone harmony!
