This comprehensive medical appointment is designed to provide you with personalized care and support on your journey to better health once you have completed your initial consultation and labs.

During your initial visit, you will have met with our patient care coordinator, who assisted you in completing medical intake forms. This step ensures that we have a thorough understanding of your medical history, symptoms, and concerns.

After the intake process, you will have received a requisition form for comprehensive lab testing, covering various functional medicine tests like thyroid function, hormone levels, blood sugar, and more. These tests offer valuable insights into your overall health and aid in identifying any underlying issues associated with your symptoms. This personalized approach ensures that you receive the most effective and tailored treatment plan.

Once your lab results are available, you are able to get scheduled for a follow-up appointment with one of our practitioners. During this visit, your provider will review your lab results with you in detail and discuss a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to your individual needs. Any recommendations for necessary prescriptions or supplements will also be provided during this appointment.
