All appointments are conducted virtually via tele-health. These visits allow for in depth discussion and clinical care from the privacy of whatever setting you choose.

How many visits are typically suggested if the goal is optimal hormonal health?
We recommend a minimum of 3 visits which is included in our membership plan.
Is there a discount or referral program for Macro Mavens if using Medical Maven services?
Yes, if an active client of Medical Mavens, you receive a 25% discount off of your first month of any Macro Mavens package. Macro Mavens is an excellent complement as it provides the foundation for nutritional health and overall wellness.
How does laboratory testing work?
We can order lab tests anywhere in the United States. We can send you to a local lab for blood work and the results will come directly to Medical Mavens for review.
Can I use my health insurance?
To offer the very best in care without the shortcuts often required by insurance companies, our practice is out-of-network, direct pay only. We are happy to generate “superbills” required by insurance companies for out-of-network expenses however you would need to submit these directly.
Can you prescribe medications or HRT?
Yes, we can prescribe medications and hormone replacement therapy.
Do you see men?
Yes, we see men and women ages 18 and over.
