Can I see a provider in person? How are appointments conducted?
All appointments are conducted virtually via secure telehealth. This means you can connect with us from the comfort and privacy of your home, or anywhere that works best for you. Virtual care makes it easier to fit quality healthcare into your life without travel time or sitting in a crowded waiting room.
Functional health starts with looking at your real life, your environment, your habits, and your daily stressors. Telehealth allows us to partner with you in the setting where you live and thrive.

How does laboratory testing work?
We can order lab tests anywhere in the United States. We’ll send you to a local lab for blood work and other testing when needed, and your results come directly to our team for review. This allows us to get a complete picture of your health and create a plan tailored specifically to you.
Can I use my health insurance?
We do not bill health insurance directly. This allows us to spend more time with you, order the most appropriate testing, and create truly personalized plans without insurance restrictions. It also helps us keep our prices fair and transparent.
We’re happy to accept HSA and FSA payments and can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Can you prescribe medications or HRT?
Yes! We can prescribe all medications when appropriate, including FDA approved medications. We also prescribe compounded hormones, peptides, and provide supplement recommendations based on your unique needs and lab results.
Who do you see?
We see men and women ages 18 and older who are ready to take charge of their health and feel their best.
How many visits are typically suggested if the goal is optimal hormone health?
We recommend a minimum of 3 visits which is included in our membership plan.
This allows time to run labs, create a personalized plan, implement changes, and make adjustments so you can see real, lasting results.
